The Pediatric Cardiology Medical Group - East Bay conducts a monthly outpatient clinic for adult patients with congenital heart disease. This clinic is offered in combination with the adult cardiology group located at Alta Bates Medical Center. It allows us opportunity to follow our pediatric patients as they mature into their adult years and to serve the growing population of adult patient newly diagnosed with congenital heart disease. A combined approach serves the unique needs of this population and ensures that all issues regarding both congenital and acquired heart disease are thoroughly evaluated and addressed.
